Weapon Speed

Weapon speeds are the amount of strength required to swing a weapon at full speed.
The formula behind weapon speeds are all multiples of 13.

If a player with 130 strength uses a speed 10 weapon, it will be at maximum speed. However, if a player with 130 strength tries to use a weapon of 11 speed, it will swing at a reduced speed.
